We started in 2008 as four techs frustrated with chain shops that pushed bondo, hidden fees, and rushed jobs. We pooled our tools, signed papers as equals, and opened the doors of the cooperative. Today we're seven owner-techs — and we still answer the phone ourselves.
What "cooperative" actually means for you
The person fixing your car owns the company. No middle managers, no commission-driven upsells, no "the boss won't let me do that." The tech in your bay has authority to make it right.
Profit-sharing instead of profit-extraction. Co-op profits go back into wages, training, and tools — not to absentee shareholders. That's why we can charge fair prices and still pay craft-level wages.
Master-level techs only. Every member-owner has 5,000+ repairs under their belt before they're invited to buy in. You don't apprentice into ownership at Coop — you earn it.
Up-front, fixed pricing. The number we quote is the number you pay. Co-op governance means no incentive to invent surprise charges.
Lifetime warranty, backed by the whole crew. If a dent we fixed ever pops back out, any member-tech will re-do it free. For as long as you own the car.

We're not a chain or a franchise — we couldn't be one if we tried. Co-ops are owned by the people who work in them, and we work right here. We sponsor the little league, contribute to the food bank, and keep our money circulating in the same zip code where our customers live.
